Constructor Plus includes the content of Constructor HD (2017) in addition to all the new content we are selling in Constructor Plus. If you already own the 2017 release of the game you will receive 50% off Constructor Plus by purchasing it using the bundle link on the store page.
And even after getting a brand new mouse the problem stayed with the other games as well, all Unity engine games for information. But in those games the problem also vanished after closing down a program I use to simulate maaximised borderless windows and capture the mouse pointer to the window. So that I can still use border scrolling on the side shared by my two monitors and games not getting minimized on accident.
However in this game the problem was kinda different and even more put in the front, but will rebuy the game after the funds of the refund are available to me again and check if it is playable when I close the background program Magic Borderless. So a new update on this issue in a few days.
Constructor HD's demo might help you figure out if it's resolved because it uses the same cursor setup. There should be a download button on the right side of the store page for the demo.

The demo is purely for the cursor behaviour and should not be used to judge any other aspect of the game as it has not been updated since Constructor HD originally released.
As was stated we haven't made any changes to the cursor itself so the issue is not one that we can reproduce aside from the point mentioned about G-Sync.
Best regards
