And this 100% won't happen.
For SRW V, half the roster is Gundam originating from Sunrise - which is nowdays known propery by the name of Bandai Namco Filmworks. I.e. Gundam is owned by Bandai Namco - meaning no licensing problems whatsoever as they self-publish in the west and haven't sold exclusive distribution rights to western distributors afaik.
Then there's Might Gaine and Cross Ange, both of which are also Sunrise aka BN Filmworks. So not a problem.
For the other series on that roster you have Zambot, Daitarn, Getter Armageddon, and Shin Mazinger which is all Nagai Publishing; and SRW has always been able to use Nagai material for a pittance token fee, because they are enormous fans and the game series gave them a lot of cross-promotion. There's no way in hell they would start trouble over extending licensing to the west and jeapordize that working relationship. No way in hell.
Also; Toei-continuity Mazinger Infinity as well as Getter Armageddon being in 30 already proves that regional licensing is navigable for these properties. Speaking of which: Nadesico is also with Toei. And iirc distribution rights which used to be with other US and EU distributors have expired.
(Shin Mazinger specifically is also a relatively new property where JP rights holders would've taken more care than writing away full exclusive distribution rights to western publishers, like was more common in the early days.)
That leaves unaccounted for:
Space Battleship Yamato aka Starblazers;
Rebuild of Evangelion; and
Full Metal Panic.
Honestly, the only real trouble-maker there is potentially Evangelion.
I am not sure which country you are at, but in North America you can just buy Steam gift Cards at your local super markets or 7-11s. They can be added to your account regardless of regions or currency.
Something like that, I left it alone for few months before changing it back to North America again.
BUT.
You can download a pirated copy of the games. I won't judge you. I play Phoenix Wright on an emulator.
Gundam Wing
Gundam SEED
Evangelion
Gurren Lagann
These 4 series are huge in the west. I'll bet money that they command a ♥♥♥♥ ton of $$$$$$$ for licenses, enough that i's not worth it.
Did you notice Super Robot Wars 30 didn't have any NA mainstream mechs? Remember, American folk are greedy af and would rather nickel and dime than anything else.
