So, which Edition are you getting?
I'm sure most people or new players would go for the standard version of the game since the series has been pretty solid without extra stuff.

Me? I already pre-ordered Ultimate on here. Technically I don't need the extra stuff, but frankly if this is the start of them telling us that the SRW series is officially starting to come to America with the possibility of further ones coming here, then I want them to know that I'm willing to shell out the cash cause I am THAT much of a fan.

Ultimate as well. It's not as if we get SRW games rapid fire every year, and this is a very special occasion, so I really don't mind.
Plus, I for one am extremely excited about the DLC units. While I'd rather they just have been part of the base game as Units Only, it's still something that could very well be fun to mess with, and they come with about 20 stages. That's almost half a playthrough.

And while I'm not getting my hopes up, if this gets us translated ports due to sales exceeding licensing costs, even better. Imagine the entire Z series getting remastered.

Not sure yet between Deluxe and Ultimate, the games are a bit more expensive here in Japan. Ultimate is like 160 dollar here.

I have a physical version on preorder, because I've gotten the rest of the entire franchise on physical media, but this... I'd go Ultimate for the convenience, but also to increase the sales and get this noticed even more!

Best thing they could do to sweeten the deal is make an official US Physical release!

Trying to get hands on the Huckbein SE tho...

i don't have enough for ultimate so i go for digital deluxe instead

I got the standard edition. For me, I can just as easily get an upgrade to the Deluxe or Ultimate edition later on in the months coming, so I'm deciding to wait for a while.

Just so that you are aware, there is no "upgrade" version like some other games on steam. That's to say, you will still be paying for the parts you already have. For example, if you bought the deluxe and decided to get ultimate later on, you will still have to pay full price(sale period aside) for ultimate, you can't just pay for the ost.

Ultimate... since i really like playing around with the music, having more options is always great. (that and no need to spend hours on looking for just the right tracks with custom songs) .

For me, I already preordered the 300$ limited edition for Switch... but since it will arrive late, I might double dip another ultimate Edition on Steam or switch

nah, there a DLC for premium music and those bonus mission and DLC.
it will cost you more (around 10$ I think) the only thing you missed is the exclusive part that come along with it

Deluxe, because I have no need of the Premium Sound Edition stuff and Deluxe costs as much as Standard does to import (a.k.a. the amount I saved over the last two years for this game)

Man, I'm getting the Ultimate one, £80 is nothing, I imported HK region PS4 SRW Moon Dwellers, SRW X,V and T each one cost me on average £90 including import fees. £80 for everything? Including a premium sound edition is a flipping steal for me.

I get the one which includes the *whole* deal for reduced price of max 20€. This is 30th game you know? I've played the first one on GB and dozen of the best SRWs on PS1, PS2, PS3 and PSP. With a humongous backlog, what's the rush?

Probably the Deluxe Edition, the Ultimate Edition does not offer me anything I'd want.
