Nah, just people being pissy that the game isnt for them.
The SRW games are for fans of the shows, but some people are upset that the game isnt made they way they want it to be.

From what I read, some peope whines cause Bandai did some s hit to some chinease tekken player and went to complain here...

If anything you can compare it to SRW games of PS2-3 era and notice that
1. Animations are worse
2. Female characters are censored
3. Gameplay mechanics are removed (combinations/transformations)
4. Some woke garbage inserted into translation (there is a mod that fixes that thank god)
5. Essential units and characters that should have been in the base game sold as DLC.
6. "Ultimate" version actually not being ultimate and you still need to buy another DLC for a complete game
7. Missing classic unit-specific music even with all the DLCs (no fire wars for Mazinkaiser for example)
8. DLC being lazy in general (OGs pilots not interacting with each other for example).

So yeah, it's straight up worse than some old games, like OGs for example.

A Chinese Tekken player was disqualified from a recent tournament due to a clause preventing Chinese players from competing in the Tekken World Tour. Bamco walked it back and amended the rules to allow Chinese players to compete moving forward but there was a brief period where mainlanders were review bombing random Bamco games like this one out of anger.

o mg after i see this comment i went on youtube to see those super robot wars for ps3 ps4 ps5 with compatibility and comparing to this. damn this is a total downgrade in all ways.

Point number 8 does not necessarily true, if you have expansion pack there is a mission " They Are The OG Team" which all about OG Team all together, the leader is Sanger Sonvolt.
