Another would be if they give us Cybaster again I want the Valsione too and give them their combo attack back.
Also add more Braves series.

Now, compare that to what you get in W:

But that's not all, in W, you get to use the other two forms, GenRyuJin and GouRyuJIn as well, and not through a combination attack:

On another note, they should bring back more combination attacks and dynamic kills, since those are starting to become less common in the recent game. I would also like them to bring back the static/white noise animation that play over the pilot portrait when their unit get destroyed.
It's great that we finally got a international release, but we really missed the heyday of mecha.
Maybe we need to do an entry of things that are far from earth proper (either different earth or far away from earth), like Eureka Seven, Gurren Lagann, Orguss, Macross 7 or Frontier... Is there a gundam that would work?
It's really hard not to repeat story/setting when Gundam forces IRL earth & specific lagrange points, and Mazinger Z forces Japan specifically (and sometimes Greece)... I don't normally care for isekai, but in this case they are a boon for getting out of the UC/earth-centric rut.
Gunbuster was just in the last game before 30, Super Robot Wars T.
And Gurren Lagann was in the one before that, Super Robot Wars X.
Which is on Steam btw in English, just not available to buy outside of ASIA because of licensing issues.
The only problem would then be is, is the Ra Cailum big enough to carry Raijin-Oh and Gosaurer at the same time? Seeing both mechs are actually composed of two Elementary School complexes. At least the Ganbaruger crew only has mechs that hide inside inconspicuous service buildings like a dam and a railroad station. Those can be easily carried by the Ra Cailum.
We'll probably never get anything Macross again thanks to Harmony Gold. As for Captain Tyler I'm not familiar with the series myself but there's no such thing as a unit being too small the Ultraman units are just guys in suits. Finally for Armored Core there was a Nineball Seraph was in Another Century's Episode R which while that is also a Fromsoft game I don't think it's completely off the table even if it's still unlikely outside of the mobile gacha game.
There was also a planned OVA called Fort Tower Song, but sadly, it was cancelled. The only thing that was known about the project is that it was supposed to take place during Last Raven and that the main character is a female Raven named Sparrow.

Then, there are also a bunch of novels for Armored Core as well, all with named protagoinsts.
Dancouga. They gave it a whole new design but relegated them to DLC; give the new form room to breathe.
Mashin Hero Wataru. We had him as the center of SRW X, but they have so much more Wataru to work with.
More tokusatsu, Ultra or otherwise. Using the new SRW 30 system to make 2d animations of stock toku footage? Yes, please! The weirder the better.
Evangelion 3 and 3+1. Anno finally finished the series, let's get a proper finale for SRW.
Zone of the Enders. Protagonist mech? Check. Rival mech? Check. Lots of grunts to fill maps with? Check. Catchy theme song for battle animations that isn't trying too hard? Check.
