More Wine is almost DEFINITELY bugged, despite one of the devs telling me the death is working correctly now and outlining how to get it. Unless you're supposed to drink wine like twenty times on the same playthrough, it's just not working.
I got Dragon Hunger relatively quickly, but I was intentionally fishing for it. Basically, I restarted my Jon playthroughs (by exiting the game) if I didn't get the Rhaegal card within the first few moons. Eventually, it showed up on the 2nd or 3rd moon of a playthrough. So I'd attempt that rather than legit runs with Jon. That being said, due to how unpredictably buggy the game currently is (your situation with Mad Revenge is a great example), who knows? You might have been randomly locked out of this event and we'd never be able to tell for sure.
I just hope that magical patch will come by sooner rather than later. All of these issues really soured the purchase - and my enjoyment.
Any ideas on how to get those 2 deeds - The Fearless / The Tall ?
About Jon Snow - I played mainly hoping to meet his Nephew and in the meantime hoping to grind that Rhaegal death. None of which happened. But as I already said, I got Nephew deed by marrying Daenerys, but never saw any portrait of the nephew itself. Is he supposed to show after their marriage after some time?
And about Rhaegal, why you think he should show up at the beginning in the first couple of moons? I felt like there were absolutely no pattern for that. Couple times Daenerys were flying on Drogon on Moon 50+ after winter was over long ago, which was weird. So, I'm assuming it's completely random and I can spend another 10 hours with no luck, which obviously I would avoid.

There's no such thing as a "Nephew" portrait, only a deed with that name - I just checked it. The portrait you are likely missing is "The Brother", which is... that's right, Rhaegal.
Should I even bother with other 2 Reigns games or they as bugged as this one?
Specific deaths are EXTREMELY RARE (sad revenge, dragon hunger and mad revenge - now, I've gotten all 3 before, but since having to reset my game due to bug issues I have not been able to get this deaths again) or IMPOSSIBLE to get (more wine). Regardless of what the dev has stated, this death is IMPOSSIBLE to get. In order to get it per dev instructions, playing as Cersi you must continually ask your maid for 'more wine' and select ANY card that says 'more wine' when prompted. And with that being said, I survived as Cersi for 95 moons and got the 'more wine' card options at least 10 times, but NEVER received the death. The death is clearly still bugged/doesn't work. The bottom line, the devs need to do an update to fix 'more wine' so that we can finally get it, but also fix the others I mentioned so that the cards have a better algorithm so they pop up more to give the player a chance to actually get them.
Other issues is with all the new cards the devs added, they forgot to fix the underlying bugs so the new cards don't work properly on a new playthrough either. like when you head to the wall to battle, you no longer can get the deeds that go along with the wall (the tall), the picture card of the wall or the mini game fight sequence of the wall that allows you to get one of the winning conditions (dragonglass) as it never starts up.
The best I can say to everyone is start sending messages to the developers on twitter so they realize that everyone is experiencing these bugs. it's clear this game was rushed as their previous 2 games had no way near as many bugs as this game does. And with I an IP like GoT I expect so much better.
It's quite disappointing.
I know first hand, but that being said their other two games were never this bad. their first game I was able to get all deaths, characters, etc. no problem (of course I had to work for it and figure it out - but they all worked)...the only issues the devs had to fix were some stats would jump too high and one deed didn't work. But they fixed those no problem.
Second game, there was 1 death that did not work (just like more wine) and a few character cards that you couldn't get)...but again, the devs fixed everything with an update that allowed you to get the death card and the character cards.
I've achieved 100% completion and gotten all achievements for both those games. GoT I have all achievements except for 'all deaths' - luckily though I got the character cards before the wall card was introduced (as that one is bugged and doesn't work). And the big issue here is the devs have already done sooo many updates that I wonder why they haven't fixed the underlying problem here. More Wine death doesn't work, and specific other deaths are all based on pure luck that you will even get the cards (which, on my new playthrough that I've compiled over 50+ hours have yet to come across them).
I'm losing faith in this dev and will be weary to buy from them ever again in future projects.
The other two reign games work just fine...buuut do you really want to support a dev that won't even fix their current game and has a huge IP like GoT as its main theme? you'd think the devs would have made sure everything was perfect before release. But I'm starting to see a BIG cash grab with this game now. it's not even close to as fun as the first two, imo. the first game actually had strategy to it and was hard to beat. lots of cryptic messages and such. Even the second game you had to work things out. This GoT reigns is more about luck and chance than anything else.
