Cross-play Multi-Player (PC-PS4), plus split screen

Hi All. I've been trying to find a multi-player game to play as a family - we have 2 PS4's (one is my eldest daughters, the other a family one used mainly by my wife and our youngest daughter), and I have a gaming PC. I found Jumanji this morning, saw it was in a sale on both PS4 and PC, and noticed it supported split screen so bought it for both.

Unfortunately I'm having problems getting it setup for multi-player. It would seem it's not possible to do split screen and online at the same time, which is the first problem, as the idea was my eldest daughter uses her PS4, my wife and youngest split screen on their PS4, and I use my PC. However, even trying to find friends so that 3 of us could play online seems impossible.

Is it possible to add PS4 friends from a PC or vice versa? If so, where do we do this?

Secondly, am I right in thinking split-screen is only available locally, so you can't have 2 joining the same online game from the same console?

i can't even get the normal splitscreen to work on pc :O any suggestions?

Unfortunately not. I just tried it, but pressing A on the keyboard, and on the controller, did nothing (it suggests pressing A to add more players).

I do feel like I've wasted some money today on two copies of this. Glad it was in a sale or could have been even worse.

Fortnite works great with split screen on one PS4, then 2 more players on other PS4 and PC, which is exactly what I wanted to do here, but nope. Disappointing.

I couldn't figure it out myself I'm afraid and ended up uninstalling and getting my money back.

It's like press A in local lobby, that's what the game says and it works. And yeah, you need at least two controllers. It's quite common for split screen games that M+KB controls and first gamepad are tied to the same player.

First of all sorry for the late response.
The Jumanji game does not support crossplay between different console brands.
To play split screen it has to be localy and it requires dual joy-cons or a pro-controller per player. There are not enough buttons on a single joycon to support all the actions required to play the game.
