How change resolutions

I cant change resolutions in my game! how change it! in settings isnt thx

I scoured my entire PC and found this folder and was able to configure everything there in a text document. this in ctrl + R>% AppData% (enter) here is the location of my pc, i managed to change the resolution and some graphics that were weighing on my pc:

C:\Users\E&G - PC\AppData\Local\Echo\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
