There is nothing new under the sun. So, if this game finds inspiration from one of the best games ever made, that's okay with me.
Lets not rush to judgement before even trying it.
I've wishlisted!
Statistically, and by my own experience, most "inspired" games don't really get close to the games they try to follow so I'm very sure of this assessment.
I'll wishlist this too, if only to monitor it. But likely not a buy till 2021. Originality means nothing, but i've yet to see many games do enough of the things right as most non-indie stuff.
Naturally, this is assuming that the price is right. Anything close (don't even think about more) to 30$ for an indie title is downright stupid. Gotta earn your brand recognition.
Plus if they can make a good Zelda copy in PC they are winning big for your information those kind of games has it market and it been neglected in PC. It's a win for everyone.
If you really must have Zelda I don't see why one wouldn't get a Switch, you'd get access to a bunch of great exclusives there as well.
dont get me wrong i never beat BOTW or even completed the boring shrines (god for bed the game feels very empty because of no real temples to grind and (in this case) love the option to regrind/ or re quest. tho i find most quest forgettable in this game, i do love LOVE the huge world and exploring option we never had before, it still fills lacking like in no real ablity for real crafting, like cooking in some quest really mean nothing after u learn (then forget) how to make it. theres no real log book u have in game to write down what u learnt.. but the biggst thing that bothers me is how weak over all the master sword is when it comes to what its sopost to be able to. it dies way to easily and it has some of the weakest attack power.. (ya DLC u have to pay for to power up the sword still feels lack lustered when it comes to other gear u find, theres also noway to really know how much life a said weapon/ shield mint have left and theres no way to repair said weapon/ shield u love and threres only one of them because they dont re-spawn.. while saying all this biggest thing i hate is u cant set up or own cooking pot and cook anywhere. ur stuck going out of your way to cook dishes or what not..
but in truth i dont see this game going into making real area temples to crush and quest in.. or fix any of the things wrong in the game..
When you do that whole creepy roleplay thing in online forums, but you don't even do it right.
And Sorry, but for Switch I could have 2/3 of quite decent new GPU for PC! And play many new games! Not everyone is so rich to buy portable Console for one game.
Edit.
I just added it to Wishlist... Will see how this develop...
Try to make an Indie Zelda/ Final Fantasy/ OR SOMETHING ELSE (TOMB RAIDER/ HITMAN/ BIOSHOCK) GL (YOU DONT NEED TO BUY THIS)!
