Yep, scuffed zelda. I dont understand why would someone want to play this when you can play Zelda.

I think this game looks like it will be a lot of fun!

There is nothing new under the sun. So, if this game finds inspiration from one of the best games ever made, that's okay with me.

Lets not rush to judgement before even trying it.

I've wishlisted!

Eh, time is limited. If this is gonna be a LoZ clone, and what it does isn't better than LoZ, than its better to just let this one off for a while. Prolly wait half a year or two for patches and/or mods to make the game better. There are so many games out right now that these things really have to compete for my time.

Statistically, and by my own experience, most "inspired" games don't really get close to the games they try to follow so I'm very sure of this assessment.

I'll wishlist this too, if only to monitor it. But likely not a buy till 2021. Originality means nothing, but i've yet to see many games do enough of the things right as most non-indie stuff.

Naturally, this is assuming that the price is right. Anything close (don't even think about more) to 30$ for an indie title is downright stupid. Gotta earn your brand recognition.

I feel like they tried to take the world of BOTW, as you can see clear copies of areas from that game and world styles in the landscape and grass. However; they added a Windwaker texture to it, probably due to them being a smaller developer. I feel like this game would be quite fun. I don't think it's fair to hold it to Zelda standards when it is just inspired. I'd have to see more updates, but for now, it could be a 20 dollar game based on aesthetic.

I mean its not wrong to be a copy, everything is copy of something nothing came out from someones ass for no reason or inspiration literally nothing even in caveman days, Just hope it stand out with unique features and don't assume its a poor copy just because it has worst graphic remember Zelda isn't that much of a graphical masterpiece it just has cleaner polygons because its from a bigger developers.

Plus if they can make a good Zelda copy in PC they are winning big for your information those kind of games has it market and it been neglected in PC. It's a win for everyone.

You can't play Zelda in pc unless you emulate it and its not going to be a fun experience for most people because of the emulation process and the bugs and frame drops

Yeah but if it's a bad or mediocre Zelda you might as well play something else. Isn't time valuable? You might as well get the best in the field, or at least something from a Dev that is tried and true. Well I never experience anything without comparing it to something else, it's how I identify a game.

If you really must have Zelda I don't see why one wouldn't get a Switch, you'd get access to a bunch of great exclusives there as well.

dont get me wrong i never beat BOTW or even completed the boring shrines (god for bed the game feels very empty because of no real temples to grind and (in this case) love the option to regrind/ or re quest. tho i find most quest forgettable in this game, i do love LOVE the huge world and exploring option we never had before, it still fills lacking like in no real ablity for real crafting, like cooking in some quest really mean nothing after u learn (then forget) how to make it. theres no real log book u have in game to write down what u learnt.. but the biggst thing that bothers me is how weak over all the master sword is when it comes to what its sopost to be able to. it dies way to easily and it has some of the weakest attack power.. (ya DLC u have to pay for to power up the sword still feels lack lustered when it comes to other gear u find, theres also noway to really know how much life a said weapon/ shield mint have left and theres no way to repair said weapon/ shield u love and threres only one of them because they dont re-spawn.. while saying all this biggest thing i hate is u cant set up or own cooking pot and cook anywhere. ur stuck going out of your way to cook dishes or what not..

but in truth i dont see this game going into making real area temples to crush and quest in.. or fix any of the things wrong in the game..

When you do that whole creepy roleplay thing in online forums, but you don't even do it right.

This is something else! 😝

And Sorry, but for Switch I could have 2/3 of quite decent new GPU for PC! And play many new games! Not everyone is so rich to buy portable Console for one game.

Edit.
I just added it to Wishlist... Will see how this develop...
