Map zoom control please [Solved -/= keys]

Firstly, I'd like to say that I'm enjoying this very much ;)

However, on a new game, or whenever I load a save, the view of the map is zoomed right up close and I would far prefer that it was zoomed out.
There are no details, tooltips or otherwise in the Controls section (Escape) about camera zoom.
I've tried every key on the keyboard but nothing responds.
For some reason, eventually, during the course of play, the view does pan out, but then I cannot zoom in again if I wished to.
Perhaps I've overlooked something, or there is no control for zoom.
Could somebody please help?

Edit: I've discovered that I can use the - or = keys to zoom in and out.

argh! I figured it might be.
My mouse is old and the mousewheel hasn't worked for years.
Is there any way I can rebind the zoom function to another key?

no we dont have it in settings.. sorry
