Any cheats for Roleplay?

Looking for some cheats just to Roleplay, very fun game just would like to play around a bit. I tried using cheat engine but it does not seem to work for this game or i am not using it properly for this game.

For influence try with "value type: 4 bytes"
for money ... "value type: float"

hi i am trying as well but cheat engine is not working can someone explain how to use cheat engine for this game.

Start off in a country with 4 provinces. Upgrade everything. Sell your bank in the country with the 4 provinces and buy it in a cheap country so you have a lot of money still. Hire 3 managers in each category(13-20 in the primary category). do this before you hit the next turn for the first time. You have just jumped REALLY far ahead of everyone.
