Sacrilegious, I know, but it's a workaround.
In VR it looks better than the updated one.

Makes AC7 pretty much on par in VR with Project Wingman.
The installation is a bit fiddly, but the result is really nice.
There are minor issues (gun reticle not shown in VR is the biggest issue imho), but graphic and performance are probably better than Project Wingman's
You can use UEVR for Ace now
