Usable Dialogue

Anyone know where to find or how to get the ingame voicelines? I'm planning to use it for a meme and maybe even use it in some future videos I might make.

You can use an app called umodel to extract files and the voice lines are in something like game\assets\audio\dialog

UE Viewer (Or the aforementioned umodel as it was once known) is one such tool for the job: https://www.gildor.org/en/projects/umodel#files

It can also pull the dialogue files out of the 'More Prez Lines' Mod as well (These do contain additional voice lines for Prez not found in the game files):
