How to play in VR

Hello, I have a Meta Quest 3 and for the life of me can't get this to work with Project Wingman. It launched with sound but no visuals. Does anyone have any solutions or ideas?

I using Pico 4 VR headset, start the game in steam VR and it works

i do start it in steam VR but it just goes to a black screen

I'm playing with Quest 3 PCVR but have Meta as the default openXR runtime- Works fine

and how exactly did you do that?

I'm launching through SteamVR but the Quest 3 screen stays black and the game is shown on my monitor.

Do I have to shutoff the monitor? (that would be annoying, as my peripherals are connected trough my Monitor)
