Well maybe then he shouldn't ship an incomplete game, promise he'll work on it, and then vanish for four years.
"HEH! I will gladly pay 5 dollars to get kicked in the ♥♥♥♥. That's not too expensive at all"
I guess i should be scared of the person who waste their time and money on games they never played or will play. They CLEARLY like the high chair of having a lot of toys and don't have actual toys they enjoy playing with to the point they get mad when other people have fun with those same toys.
Don't get me wrong, if a dev runs out of dev budget before it's perfectly rounded off that isn't great... but... if they manage to make a profit on other platforms, then come back to the original one able to update it and sell DLC, that's one of the best case scenarios. I can think of loads of games where I wish the developer had done this.
No idea what you are talking about, to be frank. I'm talking about leaving the game unfinished for years and then shoveling some DLC out the door and expecting people to eat it up (outside the dummies here).
"He is not broke like me, therefore he must have no favorite games or anything!!!!!"
The mental acrobatics of someone desperate.
game freezes up when i try to leave a mission or go back to the hanger
we still dont have end tier prezmobiles
but sure, all fictional. shut the ♥♥♥♥ up and go touch grass, godless troll.
You seem to think they should have kept working on the project for four years past the point where they shipped it, which is ...ok, you have your reasons, but also that they should not be selling ports or DLC in the meantime because it's immoral.
That's what I was talking about. "Keep doing dev work for literal years after the game went gold, also don't make money during that time because that's wrong".
If you want them to work more on the game, to as you say finish it, you would presumably like it to be possible for them to work more on the game, yes?
What is the rationale for not wanting them to be a functioning business, with this game as a going concern, if you want more work done on the game? Break it down for all the dummies you're apparently surrounded by.
