Some people base attraction solely on physical appearance. They disregard personality and manners. It's no wonder OP considers characters like Miranda, Quiet, and Excella as attractive. I'd put money on it that they also feel the same about Bayonetta and Lady D.

I believe that the obsession stems from the fact that she is pretty much the first WSO to ever appear in this style of game. It's a fun detail that adds a bit of immersion. If you fly a 2-seater, you have the second person. Add she's a girl and has some fun dialog like the rest of the cast and the community likes her. She's you're partner in crime there to deal with all the bull you put yourself through. You're argument could be applied to the entire cast of this game, you don't see a single human being for the duration of Project Wingman, which allows your imagination to determine what Comet, Diplomat, Prez, etc. look like.
