High-g turn?

Hello !
Just a question if any users of the game know how to set the high-g turn?
Or if it is not available in the settings, in any case some videos seem to show the opposite...
Note that I play with an xbox controller.

High-g turn in this game is optional for some plane instead of flares. When you choose AoA limiter then you activate it with same button as flare. (SP module)

for using AoA smoothly you should set it to toggle in the option
