I don't have any specifics in mind for this, but you could try your luck with key rebinding software to simulate another peripheral with your VR controllers if that sounds worth it to you.
After playing VTOL VR, I sincerely can't grasp why VR games like this and Star Wars Squadrons would ignore this amazing feature after going through the trouble of VR in the first place. VTOL VRs (and his sideproject Jetborne Racing) virtual controls are brilliant.
We're not asking for fully interactive cockpits, but a VR Stick and Throttle can be done with ease. VR Chat literally has this in its chat rooms. I mean, VR chat. It's janky, but they have it, and we don't. It's just, kind of ashame.
Actually , I have a Thrustmaster HOTAS 4 that works just fine for flying/combat, but for UI interface navigating through options in menu screens would be better with the VR controllers.. Hope you understand....
