Care to share your setup? I'm a newb at Joy Sticks. I'd love to know the settings. And I have a 3d pro

Ah, sorry was away. Here's a quick Imgur album, with a visual reference graphic on the flightstick itself, plus my in-game bindings:

For the bindings, I might say ditch the arcade control toggle and map your 4 weapon quick-select buttons to the lower-left-side buttons on the stick. I've found cycling through 4 SP weapons can be fiddly in combat. Just haven't gotten round to changing it.

Only real complaint I have is that there is *no* menu control with the joystick, so I still have to use the mouse for menus (not a huge deal to me but inconvenient). And the view/camera axis is on a digital input, not a joystick--but there's no way to set a 'max' to the axis curve. So looking left/right is pretty much only a 180 degree snap/look behind.

I haven't really gone to any effort to fine-tune the pitch/roll axis' from default. It was playable at the defaults and I haven't felt an urge to go changing settings. Given it's a fast-paced arcade style, I'm at the limit of the axis pulling full rolls most the time anyway. All personal preference here.

As for the joystick not being detected, I can't personally provide much input. I had to map everything manually, but my Logitech joystick was detected right away without much issue. I did come across this thread suggesting there may be a bug, with instruction to edit the config files in the game folder, so you could try that?

Make backups of course before editing anything.

Detele the settings in view padlock. HAT switch is predefined to view alredy. And it works 90 degree if you dont set up in view poadlock. In Miscellaneos you can choose if you want HAT to weapons select or view.

Ah, I assumed nothing would be bound by default so added the hat switch to view as it was the only setting related to it. Will unbind next time I launch and see if that works, thanks!

Edit: Yep. Disabled the axis binding and it worked by default. Thanks for the tip.
