For the Campaign you get Access to Super Weapons in Form of the final Ficitonal Aircraft which is also the one with the highest price. Its basically a replica of the Endboss Plane except with the Orbs.
You get Burst Missiles that lock on to a ludicrious amount of Targets and can fire a Volley of around 60 Missiles if not more. One single Missile doesnt do much damage (i would say around 1/3 of a STDM Tops) but you can fire around 4-5 for each locked on Target. So you can kill a whole Base in a Matter of Seconds. Also they have a quite good Agilit which makes it perfect against Air Targets.
The next Weapon you get (also from the Prototype before, 2nd highest price plane) is a Railgun, while it doesnt have a meaningful Crosshair and doesnt Burst Fire like the Boss you can kill EVERYTHING with one hit from it even Boss Planes (except the last one) or Airships (but only if you manage to kill every Subsystem with that Shot).
ALSO if that is not enough, the MK II Variants of some Planes in Conquest Mode (like the Harrier or Mig 21) can have basically Nuke Bombs called "Uranium Bombs". They have a gigantic Explosion Radius and also can cause Friendly fire so ... dont use them near your own Aircraft or even yourself. Otherwise KABOOM
Unfortunately air to ground ordnances are useless in Conquest Mode because there is very few ground target even in ground target missions. Unless you want some challenge.
