VR-mode the target frame won't display at the right position

I en-counted a VR-mode bug
the target frame won't display at the right position
it seems displayed at a point VERY close to my face and thus normally it can't be seen on the HUD locating the real target
screen-shots can't be uploaded here
where can I make contact with the corresponding personnel and send the screen-shots and screen-record?

with the help of a lot people, I finally find out
IT IS THE LEGACY UI IN VR MODE caused the locking-box disorder problem in VR mode
setting it back to PW's new style UI and restart the game or retry the mission can fix it
now I can fully enjoy VR with my joystick!
