BUG REPORT: Epic Missions not working

I have tried multiple epic missions and every time the mission fails. If I'm right there fighting it will sometimes quit and the last one I just did we killed every single person and searched the whole area not finding anyone just to have it fail again. Seriously, this is a major issue. PLEASE do something about this. It's the only thing in the game to do since none of the other events are active yet.

Yeah got this bug 2 times now, checked with radio and there was no scav left in this area...

The problem with the epic missions are that the NPCs run off while you shoot at them from a distance. Especially if you are using a scope and shoot at them from so far away they do not know where the shots are coming from. The AI of the NPCs causes them to run off 400 meters, 500, meters or further. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!!. I understand, as in reality, you shoot at someone or something and don't kill it, it is going to run. But, they run so far away you run all over the place to find then hundreds of meters away from the mission area when they are supposed to run off but came back. it is so irritating!!! I spend over 3/4 of the time at the missions that failed trying to fing the NPCs that ran off. Only to have it fail
