Rubber Banding while running

Everytime I am running/walking around i tend to rubber band every 5-10 seconds and it isnt because of my ping. multiple of my mates said the same thing and people were asking about it in servers. tends to mainly happen when going up/down hills or running through forests. also seems like sometimes there is an invisible object or something
