Deadside server list not showing. / The list of servers is not available.

My friend cannot see the server screen. The server list looks normal to me, but it's empty on him.



1) We tried the method of synchronizing the time and date and the second method.

2)
1. Delete all logs in the C:\Users\%USER%\AppData\Local\Deadside\Saved\Logs folder.
2. Start the game
3. Open the server browser and wait for 10 minutes.
4. Close the game client

It didn't work.

(PC system requirements are sufficient, also steam game files have been verified.)

Is there another way to try?
