Hello.

Thank you for the logs.

Please make sure you have the latest updates installed for the OS as well as latest version of the game. Please check game's files integrity. Open Steam app, go to Library, find Deadside, right-click it, "Manage", "Properties", "Local Files", "Verify integrity of game files..".

Please follow our recommendations, check whether the issue persists and get back to us.

We're waiting for your reply.

ensure updates are all installed and verified the files. Still happening.

I have also done the System File Checker as well. No issues. Done another complete uninstall (delete all remaining files) and reinstalled Deadside... same error. Basically was working up to the last update (Deadside).. unsure if there was a Win 10 update at the same time.

Hello.

Thank you for your patience and sorry for the late reply.

I see your message, but there are no files attached. Could you please send it one more time?

Seem to resolve it by adding Deadside\Deadside\Binaries\Win64\Deadside-Win64_Shipping.exe to my firewall exception list. I had put the Deadside.exe file to the list before without luck. But adding the Deadside-win64-shipping.exe worked for me.
