Please note that at the moment, the game is in the early access stage, so some players may face different technical issues. The team is working hard on the game polishing, so, in the nearest future, its performance will significantly improve. At the moment, here are some basic tips:
Install the latest official drivers for your GPU and sound card.
Install the latest version of DirectX
Install the latest version of Visual C ++ Redistributable
Install the latest Windows updates
Important! Set all the GPU settings to the default, using your GPU management panel (“Catalyst Control Center” or “Radeon Software Crimson” for AMD, “NVidia Control Panel” for NVidia or any other, depending on the driver version).
Make sure your system meets the minimum system requirements (Processor: Core i3 / AMD FX., Memory: 4 GB RAM, Graphics: GTX 1030 / RX 550).
Thank you for your patience and support!

I think the main real frustration and issue to do with crashes and what Austin also alluded to, is the risk of losing all your gear with a crash. It was documented in this video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZlSrlmRDb40 ) from over a year ago exactly the situation which makes it so scary: if your game crashes in the middle of a fight, once you re-login if you died while out of the server your body will disappear, even if you join straight back in, thus giving you no chance to reclaim all of your gear. What the video doesn't highlight upon and what is the real issue is that you can see there is no red skull for his body upon relogin, so he doesn't even have the chance to run back to reclaim his gear. It would be impossible to fully prevent your death after a disconnect to avoid people alt f4-ing to avoid death, but the body should still at least remain after joining back in. This has happened to me twice so far (losing my body before I could reconnect due to dieing while disconnected) and its a very crushing thing to experience.
I really hope the devs are aware of this issue as it can make enjoying the game very scary, as anytime you are in a fight if you ever crash, all the loot on you will be forever lost if you die before you can reconnect to the server (which after a crash, there is a small cool-down before you can even get back in). If that issue would be fixed and your body stays after a crash even if you get disconnected and die, I know it would mean a lot to the player-base along with then having a much better time overall in experiencing and testing these crashes. Thank you so much for the help and consideration with fixing these problems, we really appreciate it!

From my experience you will only lose your gear/body on a crash if you die in the period right after the crash and before you are able to reconnect to the server (from bots or other players). If you crash and you are not killed in that period, you should always still have your gear on you as you did not die to lose the gear in the first place. When you die before reconnecting, your body will disappear when you log back in thus giving you 0 chance to reclaim your stuff. I really love this game but this bug can really ruin the enjoyment of it.. (not the crashes themselves, but the way a crash in combat means you will 100% lose your body/gear). What makes this so frustrating is losing the gear was no fault of your own - crashing randomly in combat can't be prevented in any way but just trying to get your game the most stable it can be. I really hope they are aware of this now and can fix it, I find it even more frustrating than dealing with hackers - as at least in that situation you can report them or avoid the servers they roam on.
Thank you for your patience.
