hacker or bug? I have lost all my gears from safe zone storage and also all equipment on my character

I had problems joining this server, it was saying error code 4. after 30 min i was able to join it again but I've lost everything, almost 300.000 bucks. is this happened to anybody else, is it a bug or someone hacked my stuff? I'm really upset

Think about it, a hacker cannot access your private storage. I bet you literally just put it at the wrong trader. Remember, safezones have individual and separate storage systems. Did you make sure you didn't just join the wrong server?

Like seriously, a child would assume it was a hacker. That is server sided, not client sided, making it even more unlikely and impossible.

Just out of curiosity, what that means that you can "save" your loot and gear at the safezone storage system? What this system is? I thought you need to biuld your own base to "save" safety your loot?

If you talk to a Trader, at the left side of your Screen are 15 Slots Storage or even more if you have the Support Edition of the game.
This Storage Slots are safe. Nobody can access them, only you.
Remember, every Safezone has its own Storage. So if you put 50k in Northzone Storage you wont be able to access it from Southzone Storage.
Beside that, you can claim Territory and build a Base with some extra Storage. But its protected by Codelocks. So maybe people find out your code, you never know.

Was it a private Server ? Maybe got wiped.
Theres no way someone can access your Safezone Storage!
