Water and Food
I know this has been raised as "Food and Water" but I hope this assists in raising the awareness of the Devs to the lunacy of food and water degradation.

Do the Devs drink this much water?
It's called over-hydration and is as dangerous as being dehydrated.
If a soldier ate this much the enemy would have a larger target to shoot at. He would be one fat and overweight individual. He would not be able to take cover behind a tank. In addition he would be heard coming a mile away with all that liquid sloshing about in his overfilled guts.

Come on Dev's because you are munching constantly at your desk our guy out there does not have a drawer full of snacks by his side like you do, nor does he want one.
You can reduce this food and water degradation rate by at least 50%. The survival aspect is outstanding, the rate at which our guy needs to eat and drink - is ludicrous.

Thank you

that was funny I really laughed. an oya... agree. i was thinking if server speeds up the rate of time does that mean food water drain is also increased or does it not have time in its equation?

I'm carrying a pack that weighs 250lbs, I got enough weapons, ammo and explosives to equip a platoon. I'm running miles with all this ♥♥♥♥ bouncing around and I never get tired. I'm chopping trees with an axe and hundreds of branches with a knife. Ya I need to drink and eat alot cause I'm burning like 8000 calories a day.

It seems a bit goofy.

However, before the recent updates water was hard to find and waterbottles were rare loot. It was easy to die of dehydration before. Ya we have to drink more now, but water is everywhere.

u bring up all those unrealistic things like what for.. we know. an swimmimg with all that weight u forgot that one., why they that way?. for gameplay. nothing to do with realism.
and NO, all wells stay full now doesnt make up for it, NO the water collector doesnt come close to make up for it. its still too much thirst drain.
its about gameplay balance, its too much thirst, dial it back a little, its beta right, everyones saying thirst too much so thereyago..

foods not as bad, a tiny tweak less drain an its good.

I'm OK with lowering the drain sure, if they dry up most of the wells again. Making food/water trivial in a "survival game" makes no sense. Might as well just remove it at that point.

Having to fight over resources is good for a pvp game.

Food and water
These are the main causes of my stress in the game XDD

I stop to eat and I'm 100% right after I'm already at 20%wtf

A nerf to this timer would be great
