Ultimate Loot Run

If You go to the north east military base when there is no mission, you can easily take home over $100k.
There are a bunch of PC's that all have green electronic boards inside.
There is a also a bunch of red crates that have laptops and camera's inside.
You need to bring a boat load of vehicle repair torches to open the red crates.

Take all the camera's and laptops to a workbench and disassemble them.
You will get green boards, red boards and spare parts.

There are so many items in the crates I had to leave behind 32 camera's.
I came back to get a bunch more on a second loot run.

The green boards alone on loot run #1 were worth $40,300
After disassembling the camera's and laptops I got these amounts.
$50,000 + $19,000 + $6200 plus the $40,300 = $115,500 total

cool but money in this game is useless other than getting a stalker bag and the high tier guns which you can get them without spending a dime.

It's not useless
I buy ammo, gear, weapons and other items.

For instance, My Helmet and rig health were way low.
It's way easier to just buy the best helmet and rigs than to try and repair them.
So on this loot run I did that and still had a bunch of money from the loot run.

I stared with $318k
Did that loot run
Cashed in and bought a new Helmet and Armor and still came out +$47k ahead of when I started.
I also buy 500 rounds of the two types of ammo you see in my screen shot
So money is not useless

hey it work for you that's great but from the 500 hr i been playing never once bought ammo even the ones in the picture, pretty much got them in mission and got over 10000 round of each type without breaking the bank, i guess there rules i always follow from playing other games from open world RPG/shooter never buy from the trader only if it's a rare item.

I find lots of the green box ammo for my VSD but not the white box for my AR4-M.
Another money use is if I can't find a AR4-M or VSD I can buy one.

Another Military Base loot run. But only going there once and not able to open all the red crates.

Yep its a good spot + you can also gather lots of scrap by the docs to levl up trader

Another North East Military Base Loot Run.
This is at the trader after I disassembled all the Camera's and Laptops I found at the base.
Note that I took 50 vehicle repair kits and use 15 of them to open the red crates. Some crates took up to 4 tries to open them.
Too bad you cannot sell the red boards. I have a bunch of them at my base that I cannot use.
