MONEY STORAGE AND ATM
i see the new ATM is being tested and people are already complaining about losing cash stacks as mission rewards, here is my suggestion to the devs on how we can implement the new ATM system without losing any core gameplay aspects that currently exist when doing missions and fighting at missions for the loot, this method should keep everyone happy.

i think the best way for this to work is to still have money stacks for mission rewards, so that way we wont lose any risk vs reward aspect for doing missions, that way a player or group that completes missions can split the cash if they want there on the spot and attackers (or rats as we call them) can still attack the players at missions and have the chance of killing the players and taking the mission reward cash, this means whoever ends up with the mission reward cash still have to make it to the safezone and then deposit that cash into the ATM which that cash then turns into the digital currency allocated to that player. this is the best way to utilise the ATM and the digital currency system and it will also not change the core gameplay of fighting at missions for the loot.

this also eliminates the problem if mission loot was automatically given as digital currency then how will the game know who to give the loot to and how much? what if some players helped do the mission that arent in the group? it wont work.

by keeping cash stacks as mission rewards the players themselves can decide on who gets the loot and how much this is how it should always be because it is fair and it works well, and it also keeps the risk of getting that cash back to the safezone without losing it to another attacker, then once you make it back to the safezone you can then deposit the cash into the ATM and it becomes digital currency then, this is the best way to make the new ATM system work.

no they dont listen to players, but they do listen to LOAF and loaf being the community manager he does read through these posts, and if we can put our ideas forward to him then if he thinks it will benefit the game then he might bring it up and put it forward to the devs, they may not listen to us but they do listen to loaf.

so LOAF if your reading this, please consider putting the idea forward to the devs for us if you think its a good solution to keeping the game as it was always intended to be a risk vs reward playstyle at missions, but will still implement the new ATM system and will work well
I only play pve, it makes perfect sense to me

to be honest i really wouldn't like the fact that we have one central figure to be that influencial on the development of the game. besides the fact, that this would mean that loaf does a bad job, thinking of all the strange things that are in plan.

but i want to point out at another thing:

what about the mobile traders? would they have their own ATM machines? because otherwise... they would be taken out of the game...?

im guessing you just buy the items from the mobile trader and the money is automatically taken from your digital bank account, same when selling items to him it would automatically go into your digital bank account.

i guess that would take away some of the risk of going to the trader but at the moment hardly anyone uses it because of the risk anyway so its not like its a problem because it would stop people from doing what they already are not doing, and it would encourage people to use the trader more, the risk is still there for PVP at the trader and your there to buy better gear and sell gear so there is still the risk of losing that.
How do you even get money if it doesnt drop? Only from selling items?

+1 agree with this. There's many times when our group completed a mission and the money isn't divided equally (due to some players not wanting any or whatever reason).
