Stuttering issue

Having some stuttering issues while playing. Have a Ryzen 9 7900x and a 7800xt so hardware definitely isn’t the limitation. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

get a higher/highest tier faster speed from your internet provider, & chk ur ping. theres a real problem here with pings of 50 being yellow. normally servers are playable till like above 150, even 200. not here. 70 is red already. I cant play on anything like that its terrible and thats only 73!.
thats online lag. and thats now. play with a few people on the server and its bad. get a few boats an people going omg unplayable.

officials should be Ok, play the official in ur part of world look for lowest ping. it greatly behooves them to power those officials adequately.
the WAAAYYyyy underpowered privates people rent will suffer badly, I doubt play will be at all possible. its bad lag now an thats anything at or above 50ping.

-also log out back in every 2 hours at least. I get bad lag sometimes when first getting in the boat and going... reminds me to do this and it solves it.
also dont have stuff running in the background. like steam with discussions open. or worst a browser. they suck up bandwidth incredibly

None of this makes sense,especially ping/ISP part.

The only things that OP need to do is - Overclock RAM, Tweak windows, update drivers and make sure he is using good,not falty SSD.

i notice arround two weeks ago my FPS is just ridiculous, on water 30s fps, on land its from 30s to high 60s (if im lucky) and stutters a lot, videos specs dont make a diference, low or epic, v-sync on or off, stays the same, 1440p res.... pc specs cpu7800X3D, MB Tuf X670, 32gbDDR5 RX6800xt gpu, usualy depending on the day i used to ran somewhere betwin 90 to 120 (120 was locked by me) any cloes whats happening?

dude its online lag chk ur ping, isp speed is what? whats pc specs theres no miracle one thing its a bunch of things from pc power supply wattage to ram amount and speed to do u have it on a ssd drive? to whats ur ping at server, to turn down some settings in game, run it lower res, turn down some shadows lighting things like that. settings. start with updates an latest drivers, or turn down res, try lesser settings.

then theres internet speed there for u?. r u in australia trying to play in US server? thats 8000miles underwater cable. the ping should of told u that.
or even in US trying to play in EU server thats a long ways understand? PING: delay to server. thats why they have east coast central and west coast servers- to mimimize delay thru those miles and miles of cable and servers.
play ur closest servers ie: lowest ping. thats first of all.

whats internet speed? 500 at least my man, evry1 got 1000 now gaming online. and theres ping to server, play lowest ping servers, thats closer to u lower delay, realize signal goes thru miles an miles of line and multiple servers. theres always some delay, and at certain times of day more on more lag, and busy populated servers are subject to lag more.

if u a old laptop with 16gb older slower ram and cpu an vid card an u want 2560x1440 on ultra well thats probably gonna be laggy especially more on a higher ping server.
if server has like 75 or above ping- expect lag. pings are color coded for a reason- so chk that ping to server. even lower ping servers with alot o players will lag here n there,
certain things like water fire and smoke are hard to render take alot of resources, as do animated things like boats an cars, coming upon a convoy of 16mfers can cause a momentary lag or a large village, it has to render all that boom, and its a momentary delay.
i get lag stutters now n then an I play mostly only one on there an low pings like 40-50.
never gonna have none easiest thing is turn down settings, or lower res till its satisfactory gameplay on ur pc. or upgrades. more expensive speed from provider and build a new current top specs pc-- very pricey.

in my case same server from the last 250 hour that were very good fps, is a 33 to 38 pig server, before i ran somewhat betwin low 80 to 120 fps(lockedby me)

my internet is 1gb fiber optics, my pc? ok, 7800X3D, GPU liquid devil RX6800XT (Best rx6800xt at time of buy) 32gb ddr5 gen4 m.2, trust me the problem is not my pc, changing in game vid settings makes no diference, i can ran low or epic the fps is the same something is not god in game, i have tried everything nothing makes it good.

i have allmost 900hours on this game im only having this problem this last weeks.

fiber optic jeesh who has that? whats that a month? but 1gb's good enough, is it pulsing or showing signs of slowing in any other areas?. speed test. call an explain the problem they can run some diagnostics.
uknow the whole world slows down after dinnertime everyones on, add all the phones to this. they even tell u texts will be delayed when we get busy. they lie, theyre not keeping up with demand with infrastructure. for some time already.

whats that chip? amd?. 7800 sounds low power these days. does amd even hyperthread?
Im not familar with the model 7800x3d, whats its intel comp?

but anyways it could be overheating or dying or going bad intermittingly. Im just going down tha troubleshooting tree here i mean it just started happening theres got to be a reason.

i have a feeling somethings gone bad or not working right, come loose got dirt in it etc.
i had a motherboard go bad after 3 in a row short power dim-out events.
something went bad didnt like that. bloop- new motherboard.

my friend had black screen in-game scum.. still playing sound. we troubleshoot for a couple days and finally was power supply unit. new 1000watt corsair fixed it, he didnt wanna even consider it because he had a old 500watt.
anyways its not watts its amps on 12v1, an u need Mo POWA POWA POWA nowadays. an they go bad. they have to give a warranty to sell ♥♥♥♥, but theres really no guarantee on anything electronic. 1 day or 10 years. who knows.


are u playing wirelessly?. u cant game like that, not intense graphic dense ♥♥♥♥ like this genre, F wireless its bupkiss if u ask me.
do a speed test. even then u sharing this connection with anyone an what r they doing similtaneously?.

if its a laptop. dont care what anything cpu gpu, lappys not same power even if same chip. just not. they get so hot squeezed in that plastic box thereyago- overheating.
people set it down on a pillow in their lap doh they suck in air from bottom.
and no matter what they say, the chips are smaller to fit an just dont have the same power as a desktop chip/s. they lie ok.

for a desktop: did u bump into pc lately? Im serous i did this an it went black screen but still running. reset vid card. fixed. bumped it loose
did u clean its interior? do anything? change anything? add ram?
people clean their pc's wrong way blasting dirt with air into things thinking theyre blasting out all the dust n dirt. into slots. circuits etc.

again these things have all happen to me or friends so check em. they sound silly? but all happened and baffled us for days.

try resetting vid card. take out put back in. try another vid card. reset ram cards take em out, clean check material condition, check slots, re-insert them. is it reading all the ram total in system properties?.

are u overheating? monitoring temps?. whats chip temps while playing?. within norms?
liquid cooling working Ok?, still clamped good on cpu/gpu?. full?. changed it lately? done the maintenance they need?.
for me, u cant beat good ol fans never gonna trust liquid an why all the cost complication an maintenance.. which people DONT do. jus saying.

make a list- a troubleshooting tree, an start going down the list. it could be dog bumped into it or ram stick gone bad, did u get a crash an had to go thru bios sytem said it did not shut down correctly and u had to go thru bios.
did u check all the settings there are as u wished. u have to set ram speed in mine and thats gone back to default like 1600 or something by itself after a power loss, so check in there settings, or hit default or auto on everything maybe do a restart to look thru its all gtg.

heres another happen to me. heavily modded game running fine one day wont start. days later cant figure it out try everything re install etc etc.
talking to some guy on forums says check the temp folder in user/appdata/local (appdata is hidden folder, so un-hide folders).
there was 20gb tiny lil i forget files in there. clogged up like a toilet, took like 20 mintues to delete all game ran fine then, ever since I been cleaning that out every couple days for years now as a heavy gamer in out on off everyday. got a shortcut to user/appdata on desktop.

I run my game (and all my others) wirelessly and I have had no issues whatsoever. My speed is actually pretty much the same as it was running my pc wired.

welp thats u. may not be his case. could have 6 brothers n sisters playing roboblox, mom n dad streaming movies. he could be in the basement and router/modems in 2nd floor bathroom wedontknow. thanks anyways u seem to always be there to say everythings fine in your game hmmm lucky u

so ur methodology in troubleshooting is to read someones list, pick items u have no problem in your system with, and advise they skip checking it?.
run a simple speed test,
call them to run some diagnostics?.

ok what else can u eliminate from the list by virtue it works fine on ur Pc?
