Achievement Bug

I've been ripped off. i recently have been trying to complete all the achievements. I have 27 0f 29. I was working on the Underground Road Expert Drive a draisine 100 times achievement and seen the pop up window come up saying I completed it but it still hasn't registered on my profile. I have gone back and travelled another 20 times seeing if it would show up again with no luck. Any suggestions?
