Hey there, this could be an issue with steam services, has the issue persisted? Or are you able to play now? If you still cannot play, do you get any error messages?

Please follow the steps below:
1. Delete all logs in the C:\Users\%USER%\AppData\Local\Deadside\Saved\Logs folder.
2. Start the game
3. Open the server browser and wait for 10 minutes.
4. Close the game client
5. Send us a new log from the folder C:\Users\%USER%\AppData\Local\Deadside\Saved\Logs
