WHY ARE PEOPLE ALWAYS ON PvE SERVERS??

Whenever I’m looking at the servers in Deadside, it always baffles me as to why so many players are predominantly on PvE servers!

Can people who play on these servers regularly explain what the thought behind it is? I understand if you’re new and need to get used to the game, but somehow these servers have more pop than most PvP servers that I play on!

Surely it would get so boring doing missions over and over, while players can just take the mission loot if they get to the crate first and you can’t do anything about it!

Even building would get boring, you can only build! Half of the fun in-game is raiding people and taking what they have!

Well, playing with a team is more fun than playing alone. to be sure youren't loosing your gear after death is one of my reasons to play on pve only. in addition i play only randomly, so i don't need to start again if i log into the game.

I'm a solo player that plays 90% PvE. This is due mostly to toxic players/clans that will hurl abuse at you at the traders, crowd around you to block your movement and camp your body once you've been shot so it despawns and you lose everything. For the solo player, being able to experience top tier guns and attachments that you've spent ages farming is not possible. Now that I've played over 230 hours, I am playing more PvP but I'm not in it to build, raid or attempt top tier missions. I just hunt other players.

I can't play PVP, it's a lot of stress for me, I don't like it, I like looting and having loot, I don't like being robbed

Even a private profile if it has a ban will show that it has a ban

Some of us have thousands of hours in pvp games, it gets tiring as you get older, sometimes you just want to chill and do things without the stress.

One time I logged in to immediately get killed by a player, I came back and killed him. He then got the entire server to raid my base cause that log in death dropped a token.

Even when I was in high school and was into PVP, I found it honestly quite annoying most of the time. The amount of swear words flung around was insane. Though, to be completely honest, even PVE games make me swear like a sailor, but for different reasons hahah. But yeah, the braindead players, the cheating and suspected cheating and how PVP games are soooo very meta turned me off them years ago....2014 was about my last time PVPing, after being 1 tapped in the head by a guy who I put about 10 into his head in Planetside 2, a guy named like BBQBaconPizza or something......

Also, yeah, PVP is to much work anymore....

The game has a leaning towards team play in PvP. I've played a lot of both in this game. I enjoy the challenge that PvP presents but it's the times when you come up against a group or the skunk hiding in the bushes waiting for you with a shotgun that can spoil it.

Too many influencers and sweat lords ruined pvp for survival games, cant be bothered to waste my time with such things, if I want PVP I'll go on games like Hell let Loose or SQUAD ect.
The "high risk high Reward" is bs at its finest the only reward is pointless STRESS. I gain nothing from such gameplays.. Want a challenge? Go play Tarkov or Hunt Showdown you'll get all the sweat you'll ever need and more.
