Yup, they did a good job of making it completely useless...
The little paint dot may be hard to keep track of, but it also meant that it won't block the target picture, especially if you try to RDS snipe some headshots.
Holosun is a good brand that actually innovates instead of milking early 2000s tech (>muh Aimpoint), and can be nuclear bright if set to max. Regardless, other red dots in game suffer similar issues.
MRO (which is actually a piss poor device IRL 3x the price of Holosun) is also barely visible in game despite being made by Trijicon.
Sig Romeo 1 (for some reason named in reference to DeltaPoint), which as an IRL brand is on par with Holosun, is much more usable in game.
Ironically the actual airsh*t optic MSR, that has only been ever made by China IRL (I don't even know it's real name, probably some "Abibas" brand), is the best all around red dot in game.
