Red Keys

Hello, I wanted to ask something I've been playing Deadside for a while now, unfortunately I can't find a red key for the bunker, who knows how high the probability is?, I only go to military areas or look for street troops. but unfortunately I only found one key bixher

I haven't played in forever, but I think the downed chopper or airdrops might hold a higher chance of finding the red key. I'm not entirely sure, like I said, I haven't played in a while.

Based on my experience I have to say that DrMaskFPS is spot on. I think it's around 5% (1 in 20) chance of dropping a key. There was a theory that 5 men heli crashes guaranteed a key but that is not the case.

The ones that I have found have been off of the military bots at the bunker or big military base near the bunker. Doesn’t seem to matter if the mission is up at the time. That being said haven’t come across one in awhile. Cheers

Only ever got one and that was from a random mil bot on an easy mission at the northern lumber mill.

Do star missions i usually get at least 1 key per mission

not guaranteed it's still a maybe if you'll get any keys

heli crash's convos mili bunker and base and along the roads near mili zones you may get a key, star's rare'y give keys,

and keys are are somewhat rare based on the server you play in

The bunker, id say go in with 3 keys and leave your second main weapon slot open. This way, if you find a sniper, you can bring it back. You can hold 2 weapons in the bag and 1 in the last weapon slot. Make it work it, bring back 3 guns.

are bunker crates always skinned guns? i've only gotten one key so far but got a really sweet camo AR4 from it

Most of the time they are skinned, have opened a few and it’s a plain vsd

easy to get from heli crashes bots and convoy bots. thats also an easy way to farm gold dogtags :D

Not always but most of the time yeah.
