Vs Escape from Tarkov
Has anyone played both EFT and Deadside, could they compare both?

I might purchase one of them soon but don't know which one to chose.

I like the pure hardcore survival aspect of EFT, the more challenging the game the more enjoyable I find it. But the new deadside game looks good and promising although I do not know a great deal about either of these 2 guys. But some reddit users are saying that they are already enjoying DS a bit more than EFT.

I just need something to come off from PUBG to play every now and then. PUBG is my main game and I won't spend much free time away from it, but when I do I wouldn't mind trying one of these 2 other games mentioned here.

Overall, what do you think is the better game for co-operstive play between Deadside and Escape from tarkov?

DS is a lot more casual for one. Even on a server with 20 people, you're going to see other humans much less often than in EFT, so if PvP is your focus, Tarkov is definitely the way to go. I'd also say it's better for Co-op just because of the map shape and weapons support coordination to a ridiculous degree, but I've had fun with friends in DS, too. Of course, this is all comparing a game that's very early access to a game that could fix all its bugs, release tomorrow, and still be a better game than what most companies put out... Pardon my fan-boying.

It's a lot less challenging, and you get killed out of nowhere a lot less, but there are still missions and other things for when you get later in the game and want to test yourself. If you like EFT, you're very likely to like this game, but it isn't far enough along yet to be as good. But my hopes are high-

If what you said is true about "The more challenging the game the more enjoyable it is" then just buy EFT. It will have way more content then this game will have truly have, and in all EFT has more content then a lot of games on the market. EFT needs a more beefy PC to run, and has a major skill gap/learning curve, and without a doubt you will NEED a friend or two to make it more enjoyable. Deadside on the other hand, ATM (Current build) has a lack amount of weapons, and content for people to enjoy. Yes theres missions but it gets repetitive. It has base building which is cool but useless due to glitches/exploits that allow you to get right into a base and steal your loot, and loot in general is super easy to get. AI arent that enjoyable to kill, players are iffy depending on the servers because of hitreg/dsync, and overall once you play around 20h you would have seen it all. Now, going forward I and many others have no clue what will actually be introduced into the game besides some very loose statements about content. Overall, I would buy EFT just because its been out longer and has more content due to the fact.

And I don't think the price will increase on Deadside anytime soon, im sure a sale or something will happen so you can just pick it up later if you feel the need.

Different games. EFT is a military simulator with survival elements, Deadside is survival shooter.
There is no similar games like EFT. Deadside is the game on the one line with such games like DayZ, SCUM, Miscreated.
These games have different weight categories like in MMA fightings.

EFT is a beta now, and ready for full gameplay, I play it till november 2017.
Deadside is an early Alpha yet, too little of content, but big potencial and nice game too.

I recommend you to buy both games.
