All Levels 3-starred, Achievement not unlocked
Thanks for fixing the bugs with Level 63 and Level 82. Managed to complete the rest of the game now, but it's not unlocking the achievement for having all stars on all levels, despite it appearing that I've done this in level select.

Same issue for me, plus I didn't get the all levels completed trophy either. :(
