weird question but I found a picture of some sort of wedding thing in Littlewood, was it fake? are they going to add it or...

Yes, you can date and marry anyone in your town (except Dudley). The compliment option when talking to villagers will randomly turn into 'flirt' once you build enough of a relationship. After flirting enough times it will randomly become date. After 3 dates you're ready to get married. This can be seen in the characters section of the journal with progress being represented as filled in hearts when you select a character, with the date hearts looking slightly different. The last requirement to get married is buying a wedding ring from the auction house.
