Managing energy + town decoration
1. I hope we'll eventually have more default energy as I spend half of my energy talking to villagers every day and the remaining amount is barely enough to do two different activities.

Maybe there could be ways to replenish energy such as eating dishes we cook or purchasing energy coffee from the coffee shop.

Increased default energy could also be a reward for reaching certain levels of hobbies. For example, +10 energy for every 25 levels of a hobby.

2. EDIT: Been notified these limitations can be increased by interacting with the desk in the Mayor's office (by going behind the desk through the chair)! Use town wishes which change every Saturday.

[Town decoration is pretty limited right now with only 15 pieces of decor allowed. I don't see why there should be a limit at all and looking forward to this being changed in the future!
Same goes with the amount of crops/fruit trees we're allowed to plant. Six of each means I have to rotate the type being planted since there are more than six types.]

You can upgrade the maximum amount of all of these you can have in your town by purchasing town wishes from the desk (interact with the chair behind it with spacebar) in the Mayor's Office. They change each Saturday.

Enjoy!

I understand what ypu are saying but ithink the "energysystem" is right hhow it is because its not energy, it is TIME and you just have a certain amount of time a day, so you have to choose what you do with your time.

Agreed. I actually really enjoy the way this works. So much better than having a timer running and then an energy bar on top of that (looking at every other game in this genre!).
It's been nice to not have to stress about time passing, but just getting the right things done in your day xD

! I never knew I could even interact with the desk! Thanks!

It does make sense to become more efficient at what you're doing when you're more skilled and thus need less time, though. So reaching a milestone level in a skill could result in it taking you less time to do?

My desk stopped uploading new wishes and I still get the 15 limit message when trying to add town decor (based on villagers' wish lists), even though I only count 11 town decorations.

Pastures count as decorations.

Good to know. Kind of odd that they aren't shown in the decorations section of the building menu then. Thanks.

You can also upgrade your office/desk to enable new wishes -- town decor expansion slots start at 6 stars, iirc.
