Have you built their houses and any other buildings they asked you to (e.g. the coffee shop for Dudley or the tavern for Bubsy)? You don't gain levels with a character until you've built their house and requested building (if applicable). You should have at least gained levels with Willow, though. If you've been talking to her but not gaining relationship, yeah you've probably encountered a bug.
* Weeds keep their Littlewood sprite when you visit Endless Forest - i.e: if it's Fall or Winter they'll keep their darkened, snowy sprite for a brief moment, then they'll turn into their regular green sprite.
** After Winter, during Year 2 Spring, the snowy sprite persists for a brief period before reverting back to normal.
* On the day a Town Square event happens it usually starts up with a dimmed screen as if were still night.
* If you spawn near Dark Trees in the Endless Forest you will not instantly aggro them, however hitting them with the axe causes them to wake up and attack (even if they appear to be stunned). The unusual thing? They WILL NOT be stunned if you attack them again and you won't be able to stun them until their regular stun timer runs out.
* Map generation can cause some funky things like the person you're hanging out with spawning on a body of water or inside an obstacle (however never in walls).
* In Town's Wishes Iris' Dewdrop Increase icon shows her wearing a blue dress in her character portrait instead of the yellow one.
* Recieving gifts from Gobby folk requires energy (not sure if this is a bug, but since the other patch note mentioned talking to people doesn't take energy anymore I'm reporting this anyway...)
** Likewise Complimenting people will use up energy; and while I'm at it, if the player faints after complimenting someone it's still possible to move even with the player upside-down.
* The music from Littlewood in Summer and Fall seems to take longer than usual to loop.
* Saving and Quitting and reloading takes away the buff icon from a night well slept in the energy gauge reverting it to a regular gauge.
* If you keep a direction pressed and open up the menu while holding the directional key the player will remain walking in place.
* Small graphical weirdness with certain fruit trees, like Papaya ones when planted one below the other.
* More graphical glitches happen when you use the boat from Dark Sea back to Deluca. More specifically on the left corner (a bit subtle on 1920x1080) and a very glaring one on the middle to the right corner.
It's possible to to move around with the talk menu up. It happens when you select Compliment and then quickly talk to the same person again. Happens often enough that it's a slight annoyance.
I was catching bugs near the bee-hive and got a null value error in the console. I suspect it was a timing issue as well.
Sometimes the doors to the coffee shop look like they're open even if they're closed.
I keep getting recipe hints that I already know.
I always complimented and flirted and now it's Day 10 of Winter still no hearts for Willow and Dudley. Same with Bubsy, Ash, Lilith, Zana, Terric, etc.
I had two dates with Dalton and 8 hearts. One date with Laura, 6 hearts. All others: zero. I think it is a bug :(
Thanks for the answers :)
Same day: in my inventory I now had 102 nightwings... I'm pretty sure that's not right. I don't nearly catch enough bugs to have that many.

I selected the chair twice in quick succession and this happened. No idea why or if this will happen again.
As reported on my previous post, but now I went to see if that thing was consistent and it is. In this one I had returned from the Dark Sea.
Took a screenshot of the glitch I've reported on the previous post as well. This happens when you Flirt with Mel, her text closes without prompt and talking to her causes this one to show up instead.
The Plumberry's fruits are overlapping the tree in front of it.

Notice the tree on the right of the Plumberry in plain sight.
Notice the top of the trees that have fruits, from the middle to the bottom. They look like their top is missing.
The only other bug I experienced was the game freezing when I entered one of the npc's house.
Other than that, this game is awesome and I'm really enjoying it. So much potential for more, I can't wait to see what the dev comes up with next. Super enjoyable, relaxing game. My new favorite!
The berries in this picture overlap the building I'm moving while in buildmode. The other fruit trees in the image didn't overlap
- Some skills show to go over 100% sometimes in the end of day sreen. Can't always Catch which ones as they go by so fast. I'll try to keep a better eye out
- Terric mentions Zana in conversation before she is encountered in Deluca
I've had it happen twice though I'm not sure if it's related to jumping or turning. There's probably like a 1 frame window where the wrong input while catching a bug will throw an exception.
- I had a problem with the quests board : The bonus chest reward was close, I had 3 quests done, I clicked fast on them to take rewards and that interrupted the cinematic where reward chests appears (so i didn't get them).
- Not really a bug but man, those river crystals are so hard to get.
- Also, during the halloween event, if I go to the bottom left corner of my town, all the ghosts come to me and give their rewards.
