I know you really want people to click through to youtube, but a single sentence on about where you do this for those of us reluctant to sit through a 5 minute video to hear 2 seconds of info would be nice.

Edit: Yep. Spider cave. Video might be optimal route, but spider cave is all I wanted to know.

I don't understand your comment, honestly.
The video is a 2 minute long (not 5) guide and it's about the fastest route.
I guess you didn't check the video before commenting, nor read what I wrote here on Steam.
Everything it's there: I wrote the location (Lost Cemetery), I indicated how many souls in how much time. I even done the math, if you will.

It's not about "hear 2 seconds of info", it's about see the exact route to make it take less time.

Lost Cemetery is a rather large place, but I do admit I missed that nugget of info. It isn't quite enough to be able to confirm by itself, but knowing the game well it should have been enough info for me to guess spider cave.

I do apologize for my post, I was projecting my dislike for most youtube "guide" videos posted here for many of my games. I often find them to include information that could have just as easily been presented in a few lines of text. I assumed yours was the same, with the intention to just get more youtube views.

The whole point of having a short video, or a visual reference in general, is to avoid having to explain the method with a wall of text. But I understand the misunderstanding.

Again, it's a guide for those searching for help. It's easier and faster what to do and how to do it just by looking the video rather than reading a whole thread.

I wrote "Lost Cemetery" because the cave doesn't have any official name yet, and the farming route continues outside too.

You can easily see my YT isn't about the views. But the "malice is in the eye of the beholder" I guess. If I publish something is because I think it will help or interest someone.

I tried, but I can't since I don't own a Steam copy. I played it on Xbox. But people are free and welcome to post it in that section too, if they like :) Thanks for the advice anyway :)

Kind of funny that someone who is prepared to spend hours farming doesn't wanna spend 5 minutes learning how to do it.

Tbh, I don't feel like I'm ever short on souls just playing the game normally but you do you.

You will very likely need to farm if you want to max every stat for the achievement

You do not need to max every stat for any achievement. Simply buying 10 levels in skills is enough for an achievement.

In a normal run, you most likely have to farm some souls to be able to max everything. That's it. If you didn't need to farm to do it, more power to you!

If you want to max every stat, that's fine. Just don't go claiming you need to do it for an achievement, as that is false.
