Forgotten Ruins lower the water
Does anyone know how to lower the water at the start of the forgotten ruins level?

That is post game stuff
After the ending the last lord will drop a key giving you access to a tower next to the summit in the cemetery, and climb up the tower there's a bell. Ringing the bell will switch the time to day/night, and in night time the water will go away
