Lost Cemetary tablet door bug.(Spoilers)

So after turning it into night and bringing the ghosts to the lord of doors statues, the cutscene never occurred. So I went to check the door and it only showed 6 out 7 lights. So I went around looking for a statue I missed but could not find one. I however do have 1 ghost that doesn't seem to have disappeared but since there's no statues it has nowhere to go. I spent a solid hour looking around the map. I looked up a guide to make sure I got every location, and I even took pictures of each statue and had 7 statues.

So my question is, is there any way to fix this? I tried validating my game files and it still didn't fix it.

Sounds like a bug if you got 7. I went back and re-watched my video on this. There are 7. If you see seven red lights - you are done.

Yea, the thing is I don't have 7 red lights, but all 7 statues are lit up and the ghost won't go into any of them so I'm essentially stuck from doing 100%.
