How do I open this gate? (Post-game spoiler)

Here is the image of the gate in the cemetery very close to the death door.. I can't for the life of me find out how to open it.

It's not quite post-game content. It's the exit to a mini-dungeon that eventually yields you the bow spell upgrade. The main entrance to that is right next to the cemetery gate door. Head inside the entrance near the gate, and there should be cobwebs over a hole. Burn them and drop down. The only way out of this place is to climb a ladder on the far side of the room and exit out that door in your screenshot.

Finish the dungeon instead though. It requires all 3 boss abilities, which can be done as soon as you get the hookshot.
