Is it still being worked on or was the project dropped?

So for progressing dragon, can you only eat the nuggets to increase that progression? and how many does it take as well as best way to finding them?

After I do settings for a new island and click start on the next screen another window opens with the final line saying 'Loading saved island....' but it seems stuck. Ive forwarded port 7777 UDP for my computer and it still says 'Offline' before I click start to create/host the island. I thought this might fix the stuck 'Loading saved island....' message but it didn't. I also have ToA: Exile as trusted in my Firewall settings and it's not blocking it....
