In the book of thoughts, you read many of the shade's desires. One of them is something like:
"I wish I could look at another pair of eyes"
(I'm not playing in english so your text may vary).

I haven't found what that means, and it's one of the few items on the list not checked. I tried to:
draw two paintings with "eyes" as subject, and I also met and overcame the darkness, but nothing.
