Stork Isnt Coming?
Ive waited beneath the key for half an hour three seperate times. Ive left and come back, and nothing is happening. When I first got to the tower, the shade commented "I hate storks" but I havent seen it come, and the key hasnt fallen. Is there, perhaps, another prequisite to get the stork to come?
maybe you need the green crystal?

I've been waiting for at least an hour, and I can't afford to stick around much longer. If I leave the Shade there and close the game, will the event still trigger?

From my experience, it didn't trigger if I wasn't actively playing the game. I wanted for the time to hit 59 minutes and then stuff happens. The whole sequence lasts ~10 minutes or so. Just give it time and wait. You're going to see something far away in the sky...

Finally got it, but it took hours. I'd have liked some frame of reference to indicate I wasn't doing something wrong.

If anybody else is still looking for an answer, pick an hour during the day time and be on the far left side of the highest part of the tower. You'll have to keep the game running and be there when the new hour starts (59 minutes). I noticed the first stork pass at 13:57. Other reports are saying 18:59 and 20:59.

Didn't see the Stork about 10 times. After reading this thread I can confirm 18.59 appear time.
