Have not checked music, probably a little
You probably could complete the game around 20 days if you tried very hard, for the last ending I mean.
You can also grow mushrooms in your home, eat three of them and you pass out, skipping a whole hour.
Playing instrument does skip time.
If you go outside of your home, to explore the rest of the cave, time goes in normal speed.
It's also possible to freeze time entirely in one area.
And you can reverse time as well, except very late game.
