Close eyes

[Honk Zoinkerboink]

So in that area I know iam suppose to close my eyes. But how?

I sat there for almost 30 min and my guy fell asleep, so then I slept for about 10 min and nothing g happened. How do I close eyes? I talked to the face aswell. Help me I'm stuck

I've also exited and restarted the game, and nothing

So it’s kind of a big spoiler, but also keep in mind that game has bugs. You should have gotten the option, maybe you need to be closer to “it”. Did you follow the text?

I won’t spoil the other part, I think you still trying to close eyes.

So the only text I get is the one that causes it to send me back to my cave cause it locks me in, and I cant move. So I've found where to stand just before that kicks in and I waited. Do I need to talk to the face about everything? So far I've only done the darkness one.

I also never got a text at the 2 hour long door about eyes. Does that matter?

I can't even find a YouTube video on this part:(

I don’t think so.

I am guessing that you not idling all the way. I got some text choices next to it and then the option.

I’ll just leave it for devs because it sounds like you have the right idea.

Before, once you in range it locks you into cutscene. I stood just slightly away from it.

I'm having the same problem. I get no text options, can't close my eyes and can't avoid "it", then being sent straight back home.

If you just do nothing for a while, the Shade will start talking to itself. You don't need to wait in a specific place for this. If you get no monologue option after 10 minutes (and also haven't gotten any before), this is most likely a bug, but I haven't heard about that until now.

I got the eye closing option only after I waited next to face for 10 minutes, can you get it anywhere in the game? In my experience it only gave me the option to close eyes next to him

I found the solution for my problem. Maybe i misunderstood what you where struggeling with. But I just didn't get that i was gonna wait in front of "its'" eyes, without approaching him fully, til Shade sat down, and then i got the option of closing my eyes.

trying this again, will update, iam also streaming so if it doesnt work i will have video of it to show.

When you get all the answers from the face you will find an additional entry in your Thoughts book on what to actually do there. I guess that triggers the ability to close your eyes.

ohhh this might be it, I had only asked about hte darkness, so i will go ask him everything, then read my book, then go try this again. thank you, this may solve it

Edit: nevermind I got it to work. Answer is yes. I can close my eyes now
So if I missed clicked in the dialog and gave the wrong answer while I was idle. Can I get the dialog back and try again?
